Faulty tumble dryer fixed on first visit, very happy with the service. Their phone was always answered and the repair engineer was friendly.

absolutely useless customer service. taken day off for a engineer visit. cant give a basic information on what time an engineer might come even if you ring on the same day. absolutely useless organisation.

useless customer service engineer or company will not phone took 2 days off work and engineer would not wait 10 mins to return from school run phoned for another appointment a week later and still would not phone to give approx time worst ever service from any company i have come across no manager or director would take call
